Practice Areas
Ms. Loop concentrates in complex commercial litigation. Her practice focuses on business-related disputes, contract and employment-related actions and construction litigation. Ms. Loop's experience includes obtaining temporary restraining orders, preliminary and permanent injunctions, breach of fiduciary duty claims and professional liability defense. She is experienced in all pretrial and trial-related matters and appellate proceedings, in both state and federal court.

Ms. Loop is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Celtic Legal Society.

Prior to joining Kubasiak, Fylstra, Thorpe & Rotunno, P.C., Ms. Loop was an associate at Quinlan & Carroll and Donohue Brown Mathewson & Smyth, two Chicago-based boutique litigation firms. Prior to attending law school, she was a political advisor and legislative assistant to a former U.S. Senator from Minnesota.
